This guy likes to play lawyer tag and never shows up to court as I paid him to do but rather sends another lawyer unfamiliar with my case. The guy has no strategy for defense and only takes your money and hides.
Get everything inwriting from him or better yet, get a real attorney who cares. I am reporting Frank Quatrino to the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Frank settled with the prosecuting attorney for the same deal that I would have received if I hadn't had a lawyer at all. Not only did I waste my money on his service, but I actually got yelled at by him when I suggested to him how I thought we should handle the case. I couldn't believe how anyone could talk to their customer the way he talked me and I would have hired someone else at that point but I had already paid him a retaining fee. He did not listen or care about my wants or needs. He didn't fight for me, he just took my money, said that he "tried" to get a deal, and he settled for the same

If i could give a zero I would!!! I feel very strong that I have been treated poorly and unfairly as his client, and I am writing to tell you save yourself A LOT of heartache, and find a reliable trustworthy decent lawyer. My case is straight forward, all I need from him is to come to court on return day and get me a trial date. He complicated me with lots of jargon, but never explains to me the whole process. When I asked him to explain procedures, he yelled at me: "I charge flat rate, don't email me or call me till return day!"

I’ve had plenty of lawyers in the past and let me tell you frank impressed me.
He was very professional and told me what to do step by step
He didn’t rush me through it and was very detailed about the case and got me a deal that I was shocked with.
From here on out I will recommend this lawyer to all my friends. Hopefully i never end up in court again but if I do I will for sure give him a call.

I used Frank last year for a court case and was super impressed by his professionalism. Frank was very knowledgeable about the process and got me the verdict I needed. He was prompt and was not over priced at all. When I had questions about the case he took the time to answer them completely and was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend Frank to anyone who has traffic court
