I would highly recommend My Secret Spa for your hair removal needs. I suffered from a lot of ingrown hairs on my neck and irritation from shaving and consulted Heather about solving the problem. She was very up-front and honest discussing the hair removal process and what it would entail and I decided to go for it. We started with electrolysis and then switched to laser treatments; both techniques have been effective and Heather expertly uses each of them. I currently only have a few hairs left on my neck and best of all, no more daily irritation from in-grown hairs and shaving. Heather's help

I just had a session at My Secret Spa. It’s so conveniently located and easy to get to. The Spa is beautiful with relaxing music and ambiance. Heather was very helpful. She explained, in detail, all the available procedures and made professional suggestions as to which would most benefit my particular needs. She also explained all the packages available to help me save money on those procedures. She truly seems to care deeply about her client’s well-being. She is certified in both the electrolysis and laser treatments. I tried the electrolysis, today, but am also going to do a laser package

I was a biweekly client of Heather’s at her previous location and cannot say enough about her wonderful work! I absolutely appreciated her professionalism and knowledge to help me find the best treatment, as well as genuine friendliness and care to make it the best experience! Since moving out of state, I have not been able to find another place anywhere close to the quality and experience here. Overall, electrolysis really works and was one of the best decisions I ever made. I would recommend the treatment and Heather to anyone remotely curious!
