Playground Specialists replaced our sand volleyball court with an EPDM poured-in-place rubber safety surface a number of years ago. This eliminated a significant problem we had with stinging insects that lived in the sand. We recently contacted on Playground Specialist representative for a proposal to repair a small hole that had developed in the surface. The response was quick, the proposal was reasonable and several other small defects were corrected at the same time for same price. Overlook community has been well served by Playground Specialists.

They built a fine playground, but the communication was not great. We were then given less than a week notice that it was to be built (after months of no communication). If you go with them, get everything in writing and e-mail them once a week to check in on the project. They said the lack of communication was due to the coronavirus, but I am not sure why the virus would effect e-mail communication. Edit: They followed up to this review with a call and e-mail. I have adjusted my review because of that follow up.
