Services
If you get off at Exit 29a (Little Falls) you will be driving the shortest distance, however, it is not any quicker and it is highly likely that you will get lost. Please take Route 12 to 365 if you are coming from the NYS Thruway (Exit 31). Travel 3.2 miles to a "Y" in the road and bear LEFT onto Lane Road -- You will see our sign.
Rustic Cabins have electricity, beds, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fans, but no running water inside. A common water source is available nearby as are bathrooms, showers, and porta-jons! Each cabin sleeps four (4) or six (6) people and has a picnic table and fire-pit outside!
Trails End provides a rustic atmosphere while still providing all the conveniences of a modern campground! We strive to be an Adirondack RV Park that meets our customer's needs! Whether it's volleyball, horseshoes, boat launching or full-hookup sites, we'll have everything you need! Pump Service: For a nominal fee -- we do not do pump outs on weekends!
Whether you are planning a special birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, company picnic, or special event -- our pavilion has everything you need! Our Pavilion is Available for Rental for Parties, Company Picnics, and other Gatherings. We can provide ice, ice cream, slushies, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe rentals, and many specialty items for your party for additional fees-- Just Ask! We'll be happy to help you plan your special event!
Trail's End only provides lake access to their campers, residents, guests who launch boats, or guests who rent our boats, pavilion and their guests. We are not a place where people can be dropped off and/or picked up by folks who are already out on the lake. The State of New York has provided a boat launch off of Route 365 as well as the DEC run Hinckley Day Use Area.

First visit this past Memorial weekend in a cabin and even with horrible weather, we had a great time. The cabin was lovely with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Really enjoyed the setup in the Cherry cabin and only complaint was the lighting issue. However, the staff was very friendly and we were given a lamp from the staff...perfect solution!
The private beach was absolutely beautiful and we look forward to returning and actually using it!
We will be returning, but still chose a “4”...I wish the bathroom and showers were more accessible to the cabins.

We have been staying here for many years and were sad to find some of the changes that have been made. All of shade trees have been removed from the cabin area (Cherry, Fern and Alder) so when its 90 plus every day there is NO shade. There used to be a PortaPotty out by the parking area for the 3 cabins which was fine but now there are 3 of them right next to the cabins bringing their smell and flies. There was food all over the ground when we arrived and we had to sweep our cabin. There were other campers in one of the cabins our first night and their dog was pooping all over and it was not being

Our family camped here in September of 2019. This campground is privately owned and is a combination of seasonal and rental sites. We absolutely loved our campsite, and all agreed it has one of the best views of any campground we have ever stayed at. (Site #3). The camp store was awesome and had everything from camping supplies to ice cream. The employees were helpful and very nice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.
***Just returned from trip #2. Even better, still site L3. Absolutely loved it. See pictures.***
