We are a non camper, just owners and neighbors of our local cabin down the road. Enjoyed the Friday Night Fish Fry served family style. Healthy lighy battered fried fish, seasoned to perfection!! Choice of hand cut fries or Bacon wrapped Baked Potato with corn bread and coleslaw. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

We have family that's lives in that area and as we recently bought a camper decided to spend the 4th of July camping up there. After sending out several inquiries, and only receiving 2 responses, neither of which was where we wanted to go. We don't like being packed in like sardines. Finally I came across camp namekagon. It looked too good to be true. Large sites. Clean. Super nice owners. Long story short, we booked almost a week around the fourth. I talked to Renee and she was super on helping us pick our site. Our son lives 11 miles from this campground and when I asked him why he didn't tell

Highly impressed! We came in at 7:15pm after driving for five hours (They close the lodge at 6) but they opened for us anyway... it was pouring down rain, and we were looking for a tent site (myself and my two young children)... the woman, Renee, felt bad for us and gave us a great deal on a sleeping cabin instead. The cabin is adorable and clean. Perfect for us. The campground is quiet (but it was a Wednesday). It is very clean and the bathroom facilities are more than decent. I'm only sad we're not staying more than one night. Great experience... we will be back!

If you are looking for a good time, this is not the place for you. While this campground was seemingly well kept and nice looking, that is about all it had going for it. The staff are all extremely rude and have zero customer service.
Im not sure if it was a caretaker or just an employee, but he stayed in a tent on the camp ground and act as camp police ensuring that there was no fun to be had... this means, no music, talking/laughing "loud" ... and this was all before their weekend quiet hours of 10:30. Honestly it was ridiculous.
Also their tubing rental is a joke. Dont waste your

We were here over July 4th weekend, very nice campsites. However, the customer service we received was less than average! I know the campgrounds website states that there's free wifi...not the case in our experience. There was none at all. The "deluxe" tubes mentioned on their website for river trips are plain tubes that are hardly big enough to fit an average high schooler. They were uncomfortable, no head rest, no cup holders and the people working the tubing station didn't seem to know what they were doing. Not to mention it cost a family of four nearly $60 to rent tubes

I almost don't want to tell people how awesome this place is because it was really nice having only a few people there... but it is awesome and if you are planning on staying in the Springbrook area, you totally need to stay here.
Its about 2 miles off the highway so it sort of feels like you're going to the middle of nowhere, but then you are greeted with a nice sign and some flags and the huge red barn.
The people that run the place were very nice and helpful. There was literally one other rig there the first night so we got to pick where ever we wanted. The have sites of various sizes

Very Nice quiet campground! We get a group together each year for a weekend at Camp Namekagon. Well kept campground with super clean bathrooms and showers. Nice bar area. Canoe trips are awesome on the Namekagon!! Beautiful river. Last weekend was a super busy with canoe rentals. They actually did not have enough canoes for everyone so, their staff went out of their way to round up enough canoes for our large group. They rented from another campground for us. Great people!!! Another plus is that they are less than 15 minutes from Hayward. Great area.
