Helen was fantastic! She patiently answered all my questions during a complementary consultation where she explained the various procedures and choices: from the best brow and liner colors for my skin and age to the best brow shape for my face. I went to Helen for permanent skin color camouflage of a burn scar on my face the size of a pencil eraser. She charged me for a full 45 minute session even though the treatment was less than 10 minutes. I understand that professionals have minimums, but for that premium, I would expect her to stand by her work. 2 sessions, $220 + tips later and my scar is still white. I emailed her with a photo of the results and asked if she would be willing to do a complimentary 3rd session given how much extra time I paid for already to be left with this unsatisfactory result. She did not even have the professional

After extensive research I've decided to contact Helen to discuss permanent eyebrows. I was apprehensive about having anything like that done, specially something that is on a permanent basis.
I couldn't believe the difference after she was done with the first application. What a beautiful job. I didn't realize how much eyebrows frame anyones… face. Now that Helen finished the second application, which she darkened at my request a little closer to match my natural hair color, all I can say is that I am happy beyond beyond my wildest dreams. I have had my eyebrows done at two other locations in the past. The last on Queen Anne in Seattle didn’t do a good job last year...I was not satisfied at all. A friend recommended Helen so I went for a consultation and scheduled an appointment. Helen is amazing!! I just finished my process and couldn’t be happier with the results...FINALLY have great brows and the “old brows” are gone!! I couldn’t be happier!! Going in to have my eyeliner redone as well👍🏼👍🏼

Helen gave me my life back!!!! For pretty much my entire life my hair was who I was. At 25 I developed alopecia universalis completely out of nowhere. It was a very difficult adjustment for me. After years of derm visits, injections, prescriptions, and bills I decided that enough was enough. Helen was recommended to me and she worked with me to completely recreate my hairline and eyebrows! It was truly a blessing. She’s helped me regain confidence and not let the adversity of alopecia slow me down!

Helen is a perfectionist who strives to please. She takes pride in her work and wants to make sure you are totally happy with the results. Helen has an artistic eye and it really shows in her work. In addition, she is a kind, caring person with a great personality. She takes the time to explain procedures and asks how you’re doing throughout. She screwed up my eyebrows. She can do one eyebrow, but not 2. She doesn't have an artistic eye, and was very unprofessional, and rude. She put the microblade in my hand and told me how to cut, so I could correct my eyebrow because she couldn't get it right.
I didn't cut, only showed her where I wanted the etching, and she still couldn't correct her incompetent work.
Absolute waste of $550, time and left humiliated.

I was very skeptical of permanent make up, but I am so glad I did my research and found Helen. She is the best! It is such a time saver to not have to fill in my eye brows. Just throw on mascara and go! She really listens to what you want, but also throws in her professional opinion. Highly recommend her!!

I had my eye brows done first and LOVED them so much I went back to have both upper and lower eyeliner procedure. Helen is meticulous, professional and fun! You will also review her permanent makeup as I have done. Don't go anywhere else.
My procedures look so natural, I have seen some others that look drawn on!

Helen gave me eyebrows! !! I completely underestimated how much I would love not having to draw on daily or add to my brows. I might add that some days my artistry was rather poor :/ Helen however has an awesome eye and is great with telling you the shape that works well for your face. I highly recommend her.

I have known and worked with Helen for more than 10 years in the aesthetics industry.
