Doing a DIY job and called this company out of the blue to ask questions and advice on how to switch out an outdated alarm communicator. Gentlemen on the phone extremely helpful and walked me through picking out a communicator and what I will need to do to switch it out…wish I wrote down his name. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate his time. If I ever need to pay for a new security system I will definitely call this company.
