Had a great experience working with Steve at Sun Diagnostic on a solar panel issue. We lost power to our solar panels and called Steve, who spent time with me on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem, and when that wasn't sufficient he drove up from Northern Mass (we are in NH) and was able to troubleshoot the issue and order a replacement unit. We have met Steve on multiple occasions, including installation and set-up of the solar panels, user training, and answering our questions by phone.
