Do not use this horrible company. Photos that we have received months after the date we were told we were going to receive them, are basically as if they do not know how to manage an editing software system here. Our wedding video that we were told we would be getting 4 months after our wedding has not happened. Excuses given are that of them having issues with their systems, softwares, etc.. Only feed back given is that they are working on it and tell me that the video will be ready the following month. It is now about to be 11 months of constant excuses. I’m not one to to write reviews. I am unsure if they are still even in business but if they are and you are looking into them, PLEASE PLEASE reconsider! Our wedding was ONE YEAR & 7 MONTHS ago and we have yet to receive our video, and have not heard back from them since January! They do not answer the phone, or email. I’ve had people message me from my last review that they’re going through the same thing and they have to hear from them either. We received our pictures after six months and they did not look “professional” one bit. I tried with this company to not leave an ugly review but we paid $1900 for a job that one

AVOID THIS “COMPANY” at all costs! We hired Alex for a wedding in November 2019. We paid in full and he showed up and did video and photography. We got our pictures, chose them and sent them back in January 2020. We were told that things would take longer because of COVID, but April was the last we ever heard from them. I’ve called every number with no response. I’ve emailed him and even contacted him through Facebook with no response. Even worse that he was active but chose to ignore my messages. The worst experience ever! It’s been more than 2 years since the wedding & we haven’t received our edited videos yet! They just gave us the unedited video after a long delay, without my father in it! Since then we’ve been waiting! We kept calling & No answers from them! They don’t even update us! Super unorganized & unprofessional! Our third anniversary is coming up!!

To touch on his personality, he is truly a selfish, greedy human being, we had originally purchased a smaller package and decided to upgrade months after filming. I will be using this company again! I loved the easy payments and the finished product of our special day was wonderful! We not only purchased the wedding photography package BUT we also purchased the wedding video as well! We've had Alex take lifestyle portraits of our family twice now and have been impressed with his patience and easy going nature, and gorgeous photos. We had less than ideal weather conditions the first time, and he still managed to get some incredible shots of my two rambunctious kids. The second time we did a whole family shoot, including some extended family, 6 adults, 6 kids, and he still managed to wrangle everyone and get some great shots. Not an easy task. And the photos were really affordable too.

My family and I just had our family/maternity session with Alex, and our experience was awesome! Any photo shoot when you have small children, you can pretty much anticipate there to be some bumps along the way, and Alex helped make our girls feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole session.
The best part, aside from our experience, were definitely the photos! They came out so good, and enough selection and variety of poses to choose from.
Our family would definitely recommend Cygni Films & Photography for your photography needs.

Working with these guys was a blast! They are fun personable. We really enjoyed everything and now looking at the pics we can see that they weren't just having a good time but they were working as well!
