I was having a hard time because the garage door didn't open and I think it was the springs that broke. I called and got an immediate appointment with a repairman. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX ANYTHING*** Terrible horrible service. Incompetent. Rude. Negligent. Called this Zomma service on Super Bowl Sunday and got the technician Nathan to come to our building to fix the door. Our door could close 95% of the way and needed some drum/wire alignment to get it to be aligned correctly to seal all the way. At first he looked at the standard commercial grade opener and couldn't figure out how to simply release the door with the chains hanging down-I should have fired him them and gone on to the next. Three hours later and $800 poorer I regret this so terribly
