Our heater was not working for the last 2 days. I called in the morning when no other places were picking up their phone. I told him what was wrong and he told me he can come today. He came right on time and told us what was wrong. We needed the capacitor replaced. He had the part in the car and it was replaced extremely fast. He gave us a great price which lower than what he quoted. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I reached out to Spot Free HVAC when our heater stopped working. A technician got back to me right away and walked me through some key steps to help identify the issue. Luckily it wasn't anything too major. He got the heater up and running in no time and saved us money based on what other companies were asking just for diagnostics. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again if we're in need of HVAC services!

Anson and his team came in to install a new HVAC system with the existing ductwork. Fair to say that he answered most of my questions and gave me an assessment of which unit I should get that could cover the square footage. After having it for a year, it works well, but it was obvious that the design of the house and the limitations of installing exhaust doesn't maximize what I get overall. No fault of the company but just the overall design of the house. The service and work was excellent and he's been available should I need anything.

I have called several times, leaving voice messages, sent a message on their website, and requested a quote via yelp and have not heard a single peep from them.

Spot Free replaced our 42-year-old furnace and added a brand new A/C unit. They were thorough and polite when estimating and were far cheaper than the other two estimates. The team that came (Junior, Senior, and Brandon) were very quick, efficient, polite, friendly, and worked with us to locate all new lines and condenser pad. Anson and Lam did a great job with swapping out my aging furnace that would always trip off the breaker. I had a few quotes for both a furnace and a furnace + A/C system. Moving to a new to me house in Alameda, I knew I wanted A/C but honestly wasn't sure if it was necessary just yet. Rather than sell me something I may not need, Anson was extremely straightforward and told me to get the new furnace for now. If the place gets uncomfortable during the summer, they can always come back and toss a condenser into the system.

These guys replaced my old furnace and AC unit and they did a fantastic job. First of all, one of the owners, Anson, came with the crew to make sure they ordered all the right parts for the install. The owner suggested a better AC unit for my situation (a slimline unit), which worked out much better than what I had originally discussed with the other owner, Brook (who came out to quote the job). When they went under the house, they discovered some damaged ducts and gave me a very fair price for taking care of those. Woke up this morning with a rather frigid house, went to dial up the central heat and had a dead screen. Thinking wow and Merry Christmas to my visa balance. Looked on yelp and found this company in Hayward called Spot Free HVAC. So I rolled the dice and called them for some wisdom and possibly a fix for my problem. Living in the bay get the surprise heat wave.. This was the peak of 100. We have a new system and just in time for the heat our AC unit chosen to stop working. Heating was not issue.
My husband asked me a few time to run and make sure it was working but I didn't and now I'm calling the day of the heat. As always no one was available and booked out for a week. Looking At the reviews I became skeptical I wanted my unit fixed, fair pricing and resolve the issue in the long run. And I didn't want to wait a week!!!
