An annuity is a long-term investment between you, the annuitant, and an insurance company, the annuity issuer. Under this contract, you pay after-tax funds to the annuity issuer, who then invests your principal to meet your financial objectives and pays you or your beneficiary back with earnings (subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuer).
What is auto insurance? Auto insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. Liability coverage pays for your legal responsibility to others for bodily injury or property damage.
As a business owner, you need the same kinds of insurance coverages for the car you use in your business as you do for a car used for personal travel -- liability, collision and comprehensive, medical payments (known as personal injury protection in some states) and coverage for uninsured motorists.
Condominium insurance is similar to homeowners insurance but is designed for the specific needs of condo living. Many families choose condos because of the convenience of on-site maintenance and access to community amenities. In this environment, the main structures of all buildings and common areas are covered by an insurance policy held by the condo association.
Most home insurance policies do not provide protection against the damages that earthquakes can cause. For homeowners in areas that are prone to earthquakes, and even those with a history of quakes-no matter how rare-should consider the benefits of earthquake insurance.
With the protection of a traditional home insurance policy, the foundation damage and wall damage caused by an earthquake, as well as the value of any contents that are destroyed, would likely not be covered.Instead, an insured would have to pay out of pocket to repair and replace anything damaged.

I was in a real bind as I was told it was very difficult to find homeowners insurance due to my breed of dog and location near "fire zone" (which is really most of California!). Greg Reynolds was referred by my lender and I really couldn't be happier. He was professional, pleasant and found me a fabulous policy. We will be switching our auto policy to him as well. He is a super star agent. Highly recommend!!!

I think it’s easy to get caught up in the joy that comes with the amount of money Chun and Reynolds have saved me over the time I have been a client, however it’s what goes on behind the curtain that has impressed me the most. Greg is not only the most knowledgeable agent I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, he is one of the most personable and accessible insurance agents I’ve had . I feel guilty calling him an agent, he honestly feels more like family. I rarely leave reviews just because it takes time and effort. But the level of service I received from Greg Reynolds at Chun and Reynolds Insurance made me feel compelled to give them a shout out. We were in escrow on a home purchase in Murrieta when we discovered the open space on the hill behind our house required a little higher fire coverage than our last house.
