Services
The idea was born in 1957 in the tiny basement of a west-side Cincinnati home. It was a fresh and innovative challenge to the way things has always been done. It provided owners of small building and property managers of gigantic complexes a profitable and risk-free solution to an age-old problem. Out of these humble beginnings has grown the Tri-State's largest and most respected coin laundry service.
Looking for a career, tired of switching jobs and always starting over? We are a small successful family business with over 57 years of experience and most employees have been working at our company for 18-40 years. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to perform basic electrical and mechanical repair of equipment.

Cincinnati Coin Laundry has always been prompt in servicing our units. And on an even more positive note, we've had these coin operated washer and dryer for over 10 years and just made our first call needing service. This is a two family unit and tenants have never complained about the quality of washing and drying.

Reporting this company to BBB. 0 stars if I could. Bought a property 2 weeks ago, and now I am being told I owe close to 1,750.00 to get out of the contract that I never agreed to or signed. Come to find out, the contract was auto-renewed, the person who signed the contract was not even the previous owner, but the owner before that, in 2016. They wanted my SSN, were rude and condescending. Their sales rep, John, was so rude! He told my husband that I was "overwhelmed" by him....wait, what? John is the worst sales rep I have ever encountered and I will take them to court before giving them a cent

I am a Property Manager and we have been using Cincinnati Coin for years. Every single time I call for service, my calls are answers politely and promptly as service is done completely and quickly every time. And whenever anyone comes to empty the coins, they are super nice and always check in to make sure a the machines are operating well. Thank you!!

Ok to dry a normal load of light thin material clothing but you cant dry anything of substance in their dryers. Top off is disabled so a load of jeans has to be run through medium heat twice at 1.75 per cycle to dry them. What fool dries anything on High Heat it destroys clothing. Why not just disable high heat to conserve energy. Its the high heat that is not economical. I have a mold allergy in my household and the Doctor has recommended that cloths come out of the dryer fully dry. This is total bull and a way to scam you out of money by making you run cycles twice on towels, blankets, and jeans

This is one of the worst companies ever.I moved into a two family and I've had constant issues with the dryer not drying your clothes.Ive called them multiple times and the issue never gets resolved.I spoke to a Theresa Shaffer who was extremely rude and made me feel like I was imposing on her for asking for my dryer to be fixed.I had to argue with her just to get a refund that was for 4.50 and she told me I will only give you 3$$$.It wouldn't have hurt this woman to give me my full refund. She acted as if I was a bum begging for change. This dryer has taken so much of my money and I&apos

Rip off!! $1.75 to dry should get you a full hour not 45 minutes. Took two cycles to get my bed pillows dry. Most dryers allow you to put in a few additional quarters for extra time if added before the timer runs out. Not these dryers!! Requires a full additional $1.75. found this out after I put in a $1, and still required more. Went back to my apartment for more quarters, time I got back, the timer ran out and the machine kept my $1. Coin returns don't work. Fix your machines and stop ripping people off!!!!!!

Been at my apartment complex 6 months and washer and dryer times have been reduced by this company even in that short amount of time. If you actually want clean and dry clothes you have to run them through twice for both the washer and dryer costing $5.50 per load. The worst part is having to go back and forth to feed and start the machines instead of having just one decent wash cycle and one decent drying cycle. Tedious! Now I know why I see most of my neighbors carting their laundry out to their car to do them someplace else!
Response...
The machines are working fine. The drying time was reduced

They charge you an arm and a leg for using washers and dryers and make you have to load money on their cards, so you can't pay with a credit card or change. The card dispensers only accept cash. Then they suddenly change what machines are available and they won't take the old laundry cards.
Why are you going to run a business and then make it difficult for people to pay you?

My apartment complex has washers and dryers from Cincinnati Coin Laundry. I had to stop using the washers because of the gunk they were leaving on my clothes. When I called the first time to complain about the washer, I was informed that they would send someone out to service the washer. Two days later I washed my clothes in the same washer. The very same gunk was left on my clothes. I called back to make another complaint. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and stated that the washer had been serviced and that they weren't sending anyone out again. I decided that I would

Cincinnati Coin Laundry replaced the coin operated laundry machines in my best friend's apartment complex. I had to purchase a new laundry card to do a single load of laundry. The price for the card is not listed but I learned after calling the company that it is an extravagant $5. I then had to put money on the card, and the machine didn't take anything smaller than a $5, which I was now out of, so I had to put a $10 bill in instead. The load of laundry cost $3.50, but I was given no choice but to spend $15 on it. I contacted Cincinnati Coin Laundry requesting a refund, and they refused

Coin Laundry, you're a stain on my life that won't wash out!
When I moved into my apartment, I was relieved to finally have in-house laundry machines rather than going to the laundromat. I could take my sack full of quarters downstairs and do wash whenever needed.
But then, things "improved"...
In 2007, the washer and dryer originally cost $1.00 each. Then it increased to $1.25 within six months. The following year, Coin Laundry replaced its coin slots with a money card. This little plastic card of convenience was more trouble than it's worth.
