Services
CQuest provides construction oversight and materials testing services for a variety of commercial, residential, and public works projects. We work closely with owners, developers, local building officials, engineers, testing laboratories, materials suppliers and contractors to coordinate our inspection services, respond to changing site conditions, and provide effective construction recommendations throughout the duration of the project.
At CQuest, our goal is to provide our clients with cost-effective Stormwater Inspections with cost-effective solutions so you can focus on your primary business concerns. Our Stormwater Specialist Team has qualified *CESSWI & *QSP inspectors to successfully implement, inspect, and maintain your SWPPP and Stormwater Compliance.
Geotechnical Investigations include subsurface field investigations, laboratory testing, and geotechnical engineering analyses. CQuest's subsurface investigations define the stratification of the subsurface soils and the engineering properties of these soils across the proposed construction area. CQuest uses its extensive knowledge of local geology to prepare these subsurface investigations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
CQuest routinely performs Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for lenders, banks, insurance companies, telecommunications providers, and commercial and industrial developers. These assessments range from a single property to large portfolios. The Phase I ESA is designed to identify obvious Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) in connection with the previous and current uses and ownership of the subject property.
