I called during business hours and no answer. I then sent an email to their posted email address and got no response so I reluctantly drove out to the shop to get an estimate for a headliner which they advertise as a specialty service. I enter the shop and the guy doesn’t even say hi...he says “what do you need?” I ask for an estimate on a headliner. He tells me they don’t do headliners anymore because they are too hard to do and only take easy jobs now because they are too busy. That took sixty minutes of my life I can never get back! I do not recommend unless you have an easy job that

Terrible customer service. Rumor has it that he does good work but you can't convince me of that .
I took a motorcycle seat to him 6 weeks ago to be recovered.
He told me the week after next it would be ready. 2 weeks later the seat was still sitting where I left it when I dropped it off .
2 weeks later I went back to see the seat in the same place once again and was giving another LIE of excuse.
A week and half latter I stopped again and still the seat wasn't touched . He told me he would have it done in 2 days.
Well today 2 days after his 2 day excuse and 6 weeks after originally dropping
