I done business with this company before in the pass.But this time around was horrible.
As a customer the customer services that was give was horrible.
I went to get my taxes done the guy rush through them and not explain to me about fees that I would have to pay with early advancement, then I was told my taxes would be around 280.00 to have done he changed me 396.00 which was ridiculous. I asked him did fees go up and the guy the owner who did my taxes said yes. I told him if fees went up you should have told me that at the time when my tax we’re getting process then I could’ve went to H
