First Call Renovations is a fantastic company! When it was time to roof my home, I called several companies to get estimates. First Call Renovations was on it, Tim returned my phone call within a few minutes and was at my home within the hour to start the process. I was so impressed with Tim's professionalism when talking about what needed to be done. When it was time to start the work, Tim and his crew worked their butt off and completed the job in one day! Impressive! I would highly recommend anyone to First Call Renovation, they are the real deal.

I called for a bid weeks in advance and confirmed the day before our appointment because, as I explained, I lived hundreds of miles from the place I was having renovated. A half hour before the appointment I got a text that Tim couldn't take anything more on. In my reply the strongest thing I said was that canceling like that was not just unprofessional but also rude. The profanity filled response from Tim accused me of putting importance on my time over life. Apparently, Tim's girlfriend's father had some medical emergency. Tim did not mention this emergency or even tell me something
