When it comes to mattress shopping the two most important and most often confused concepts are comfort and support. When you first lie down on a mattress, you may initially feel quite comfortable; but you should try to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes on each mattress when shopping around. It will often take a little time for the uneven surface pressure to become apparent.
Your typical hybrid mattress will be composed of nearly 50% comfort layers (memory foams, cooling gels, latex, or other comfort foams) on top of its support core (usually independent pocketed coils). I wanted to try an adjustable mattress and I was referred to Mattress Folks. They answered my many, many questions completely before and after sale. I thought I would like the adjustable frame but now I can’t imagine sleeping without it!! And when I had some issues with the frame over a year after my purchase, they were quick to resolve the problem. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. If you need a new mattress, these are the people to contact!

My wife and I visited mattress folks about two months ago and purchased a new bed from them. After two months I realized my side was a little too firm I called them and they had no problem whatsoever getting it changed to something to fit my need. I’m going to tell you something these are the absolute best people I’ve ever done business with I would highly recommend these folks.

I came in about 3 months ago to try out a few mattresses. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. After trying everything in the showroom and several in the warehouse, I found one I liked and bought it with a new frame. It was delivered to my house a couple of days later but the wrong frame was delivered and before I realized it, the guys assembled it and had already left. I called back the store and even though they had a lot of appointments that day, they were able to make it back out to my house same day to assemble the correct frame. We went to mattress folks tonight to look for a new bed. We were so pleased with them! We got a great price on a super comfy bed, and even got two free pillows and a mattress protector included! Definitely recommend! Very nice people, and they were great with my toddler while she was having a meltdown.

I started my purchase with The mattress folks as I were highly recommended by someone while exiting another mattress store. A few days later I decided to pay them a visit. What a great experience! Mrs. Barnes showed us different options that fit our budget and we had a mattress and adjustable bed at our house and installed the next day despite the fact that we purchased everything on Sunday! The staff was so professional and friendly and they had so many different options and budgets to pick from. If I had known the mattress buying experience would be so stress free I would have done it many years earlier- it was way overdue! Highly recommend Mattress Folks!
