The Harbor view is located centrally to both areas of interest in Seward. It is walking distance to all things, food, stores, tours, beach eat Marine Center. Rooms are clean, service excellent. Off season and Covid make is difficult to find staff. Mary whom does it all... is great!! Value is excellent, friendly, simple, clean, stylish for Alaskan motif.. we could not be happier with our stay!!
They provide every thing you need. We returned and found it just as great as our last visit.

Fantastic place to stay! Mary at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was super clean. The price is great for the area!
As a note, if you are expecting a luxury resort, this is not. If you want a fancy room with amenities, I suggest leaving Alaska because you should be outside..not in your room!
Will stay in Harborview next time I'm out this way!

Mary at the front desk is AMAZING.... She knows exactly what customer service is! The room was immaculate.... We were booked for 3 nights and had a last minute schedule change for the 3rd night and couldn't stay....went to tell Mary... She assured us it was no problem....refunded us for the 3rd night with NO cancellation fee....the whole thing took about 6 minutes. Will DEFINITELY return. They know how to treat their guests!!

This place served its purpose and it wasn't bad. They had said the room would be serviced as we were staying more than one night but it wasn't. I know they were short staffed so not really a big issue for me, other than not having coffee to make my second morning. It did get hot during the night, and the size of the room is definitely on the smaller side. It also didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room so we ended up throwing left overs out. The beds were comfortable and the blinds kept the light out at night! We were only in our room to sleep and shower so I would recommend if you

In Ak you're not used to getting what you pay for. At Harborview you get that and more. Absolutely wonderful customer service from the lady who works the front desk and maintains the rooms. Above and beyond service. Rooms are cleaned beyond expectations, with everything you need to get a great night's sleep. All that at over half the cost of the local competition. I'm never a fan of a price increase.. but honestly, I'd pay more and stay again.
