It all started in a small, single bay shop at his house in Gordonville, MO. A mere 2 years later, in 1987, with a lot of time and work invested into his dream, Randy had to expand into a considerably larger, 3 bay shop, still at his house in Gordonville. As time will tell, when a dream is nurtured and well fed, it will grow.
Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your vehicle repaired. You can do this. All you need to do after they have inspected your car is bring their estimate to Kosmetic Kar Doctor and we will handle your claim with them from there. Or you can simply leave your vehicle with Kosmetic Kar Doctor and we will go over the claim with the insurance adjuster.

They walked me through the paperwork and answered my questions in detail. I'd never had work done on my car before but they were understanding and professional the entire time. I had my car back in my hands quicker than the estimated time they gave me. I was floored at how clean and detailed they were with the repairs. They even cleaned the inside of my car thoroughly, I wasn't expecting that at all. A huge thank you to the workers at Kosmetic Kar Doctor, you made a stressful situation much easier to deal with!

Teddy and his crew are professional and great to work with. He keeps in touch and gives you the latest updates. Our poor car has been hit twice in the last year and a half. The first one was $12,000 worth the damage and this one was $4,600 worth of damage. Each time our vehicle look like it just came off the showroom floor. They have very good prices. You won't be disappointed.

This place needs to be investigated by the better business bureau!!! They do not have a specific way they charge for their services. If you do have to deal with them, be careful!!!! If you have an issue on the way they are conducting business with you, it can and will cost you thousands of more dollars. I have never dealt with any legit (???) Business that can charge what they want due to personal vendetta's. This really has to stop. We do have laws in our favor. I would hate to think they can continue to do to anyone else what they have done to my family and what is caused ours financially!!!
