Bob the technician, tried to charge me $229 for a washing machine coupler that I found on Amazon for $15. He told me that all of the repair services charge the same price, $229, for this coupler. I had to negotiate the price down, since had had washing machine parts scattered on the floor and I had no idea how to put it back together. Their website states a free estimate and Bob said that the estimate fee was $95. This company is no good, stay away from them.

They are horrible. He intially told me that service call is $55 dollars. He told me that it will not be more than $100 in oven repair. After he come to home, he wants to charge $355 for simple work. I told me that I will pay him for service call and not repair. He lied to my renter and repaired and demanded money at home. I explicitly told me to not to repair. He still do the work without my permission.
I will advise never call this guys. These people need to be reported to county and police for their wrong ethics.

I called on a Thursday to have a wall oven installed. I was told they could come Saturday between 2 to 4 and that it would be $275. On Saturday at 4:15 I called and they said they couldn't find me on the schedule.
OK. Things happen, so I said let's start over. I answered all the same questions and was told they could come Monday or Tuesday. Before I agreed, I asked to confirm the price and it wasn't the same, I was now quoted $295. That was when alarms went off and I told the guy never mind. He oddly told me he could do $275, that it was only a $20 difference, but I was done with

BEWARE!!! Horrible customer service! They promised that they would be out the same day that I put the call in to replace the evaporator fan on my freezer. I did not ask for same day service he offered. I was working so I made arrangements for my wife to be there while repairs were being done. Not only was the Tech an hour later than he was supposed to be, (Says there was an accident but he did not call to let us know) Tech does his job then says he needs to be paid, which I only expected and that was fine but nobody told me that they do not accept Credit Cards. Here's what happened to me. I called on February 9th, 2015 and they came out February 10th. They "fixed" the freezer for $272.80. 8 hours later it was broken again. I called probably 10 times until March 5th. He kept promising me someone would be out to fix it again. Again, on the 5th he told me that he has no control over his repairmen. He basically answers the phone and calls whichever buddy can fix your problem. He will not give you the number to his buddies because you will deal with them and he won't get his cut. This guy spent 5 minutes screaming at me, the customer. Steer

A big ZERO. That's what level of service I received from the folks at Stuart All Appliance repair. I called to request service for my refrigerator and was told a repair person would be at the house between 1-3pm the next day. At 3:15, I called and was told the service person couldn't find my house...Really??!!
So I gave the address and directions (again), then waited.. And waited...and waited....Finally after no calls and no one coming to my home, I called the main number and spoke with "George" who hung up on me after I explained that no one called or showed up, and to cancel
