Computer Workshop has been providing professional IT support for businesses in and around New York since 1986. We strive to give our clients enterprise-level services and solutions at prices that work for small businesses. Time and experience has helped us develop best practices and workflow procedures around a proactive philosophy designed to keep your focus on your business, not your technology.

Our team of experts can become your outsourced IT department; responding to issues quickly, often before you even know about them. Covering everything from your servers and network infrastructure, to your computers, workstations and mobile devices, we provide end-to-end solutions for all of your technology needs.
Services
Business technology is the bane of the modern worker. No matter how well-intentioned the members of your staff are, when they have computer troubles, it complicates everything they are trying to accomplish. This, in turn, complicates every goal you are trying to accomplish. The automation of IT service delivery gives you a direct line to a stronger business by streamlining the services that your customers rely on.
A blockchain is a public ledger system that allows for transparent, secure, and efficient data exchange. A blockchain network is made up of nodes, which are distributed servers of information. Unlike the standard database, all the data that makes up a blockchain are stored in these nodes and spread out.
When a business sets out to add to their IT, they often choose the solutions based on their immediate needs. This is because when trying to look to the future an organization cannot know what obstacles will pop up. For this reason your organization's IT department, whether you have in-house IT technicians or you utilize managed IT services from ProTek, has to be the ones that handle the implementation and management of your crucial IT.
Computer Workshop provides solutions for companies searching for a secure interface in which to transfer sensitive information. Does your business accept credit cards? Do you need it to? In order to open your Florida area small business up to the enhanced profit potential that accepting credit cards can provide, you'll need to understand what responsibilities you take on by accepting these forms of payment.
In a world where seemingly everyone has a device that they bring everywhere, how can you make this trend work for your business while keeping your IT infrastructure from being infiltrated by malicious entities? By instituting a conscientious and thorough Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategy, your company can make your staff's devices work for your company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !!! Scam artists !!! Dropped off laptop just for a cracked screen , just to fix the screen. Simple job for any computer repair shop. Gave them no password and no need to for a screen repair. They took it upon themselves to hack into my laptop and download all my personal info. Banks , Tax returns with yrs of W2's info and work related CDL DOT info. all to their data base to keep. They told me they couldn't fix but was told they could sell me a POS used 1 for $500 and put my info that they hijacked from mine for a extra $125. So I go and get my laptop back from them and they

Took my PC here when it was shutting off abruptly and intermittently and this shop correctly determined the problem was with the power supply. The labor was a flat $100 and another 100$ for a replacement psu. Saved me alot of time trying to diagnose the problem myself. Definitely reccomend.

These guys were great to work with when my home-built PC would not run. I called several other shops, and they either did not bother calling me back, or they said they did not work on my type of system. When I called the computer workshop, Scott took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone, and when that did not work, he agreed to fix my PC even though it's not the type he typically works on (mine was AMD-based).
I can't say enough about their customer service and willingness to help.
