Nice atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Since this was our first time going to Divicious, we ordered a couple of sandwiches. The London Broiled Roast Beef was delicious, served on cuban bread. And the Reuben was rather tasty. The dressing wasn't sweet, which I prefer. My only small suggestion would be, is to toast the bread so it's crispy. Other than that, the rye bread was wonderful. We will certainly go back and try new things. Oh their cold brew was also refreshing and strong.

Essential little corner coffee and sandwich shop. Everything is made fresh to order. On this visit I had a delightful sausage and egg sandwich with avocado and coffee. It was exactly the right breakfast to fuel me up for the Black Friday shopping I had remaining. I must have come at a good time because there was a long line of customers as I was leaving.

The happy people who work at this shop are the only bright spots in a truly dismal culinary experience. I ordered a classic Cuban sandwich and it was the worst I've ever had. I gave it three bites just to make sure I wasn't crazy. The meat was like rubber and there was steam rolling off of the sandwich which means they put it in a microwave. I've been to the DR a few times and never have I seen a microwaved Cuban sandwich. This is an easy fix, all they have to do is discard the micro and use the press. The owner is amazing, personable, and engaging. She is extremely accommodating and offers great suggestions on menu items to try. My family was excited to bring me in to try her establishment... I've tried the BBQ Chicken sandwich with provolone, pepper jack, avocado, and on my next visit I made my sandwich into a salad. To top it off I had the best Iced Chai Latte EVER!!! It was a great experience.

Today was our first experience at Divicious and it is tasty. This is a very small deli with an extensive coffee bar. There is room for 8 people at tables inside and a couple of tall chairs at a bar. There are a couple of tables and chairs outside on the patio by the street.
Today we ordered a Reuben sandwich, a mesquite turkey sandwich with garlic cheddar cheese on Cuban bread pressed and a Turkey Pastami with Swiss on croissant. We tried sides of macaroni salad, pasta salad, regular potato salad and Tri potato salad made with sweet potatoes. All were delicious and the prices are nice too with
