Horrible experience. Had two appointments in Jackson area, 1st at 12:00 then Dr Boler at 2:45 for skin cancer evaluaion. Magnolia called and asked that I come at 2:00. Told them I would try but had an earlier appointment. Sure enough, 1st ran long so called Magnolia at 1:45 and said I was on my way but running late. Got there at 2:20 Got checked in but he wouldn’t see me. I explained that a reschedule required a 3 hour drive for me, could I wait for work in since I was actually early for me scheduled time? Yes, but would be after his 4:30 surgery. Also I had to wait in the car since no waiting

This was my first time going to the dermatologist in years. I was nervous but had heard good things about Magnolia. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude from start to finish. I don’t think any of the receptionists smiled once or even made eye contact with me. Also, no one ever actually came and examined my skin/acne which I thought was really strange.
