My skin is feeling the love after my treatment with Karen! She is so wonderful and really took the time to understand my skin concerns. I was suffering from acne and has cleared up dramatically since my Diamond Glow treatment. Beware do not get a facelift here i was botched and now I am looking for a doctor to correct the damage.
When i decide to do this facelift and upper eye lid surgery i was just starting to have slight signs of aging and loose skin. bit of aging .
Why did i go ahead with this procedure?
I rationalize ...... if I had plastic surgery done
when i did needed only a little done
It would be less invasive less chance of having a botched job and the healing time would be quick
Well it is all about about who does the surgery. And i did my research (i chose the wrong doctor)

Definitely recommend this practice! Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful. Jackie was so helpful when I reached out, she was able to accommodate me with my busy schedule for a consultation. The front staff was very diligent in making sure to sanitize my hands, check my temperature, and getting me in to the room quickly. I highly recommend The Peer Group. Everyone who works here makes it their mission to make you feel comfortable. They make sure you understand your procedure, including all the little details. Dr. Colon spends a lot of time getting to know you, and also explains all the details of what you are going to experience. His manner is kind and understanding, you feel like a real person not a rushed patient. He is a perfectionist, and strives for the best results. I felt so comfortable with the entire experience. I had an impressive first appointment with Dr. Lange. He was highly recommended to me by a friend so I had some lofty expectations going in, and they were surpassed. Dr. Lange was knowledgable, patient, safety-minded, encouraging, and supportive. He spent over an hour explaining various options to me, did an examination, reviewed some photographs, and was honest about what he could and could not provide. There was no hard sell, but rather an array of choices from which to choose.
I have been to other MDs who were pushy and that seemed unprofessional. They would talk about my poorly aging skin

After 15 plus years going to Laura Toscano at The Peer Group for Plastic Surgery, it is time that I share the reason for the compliments I get on my skin. Laura started me with a regimen of products which I faithfully follow morning and night including her emphasis on sun block. It has not been inexpensive but now that I see others my age I am glad that Laura has encouraged me to have the discipline to follow her guidance and come for my every 7-8 week treatments. Update: 4/19/17 They have continued the 0% financing on Care Credit as long as the patient has $1000.00 or over for 12 months and I'm thrilled. In addition, I was given a little extra off my next visit, and that is more than fair in my eyes, so I've changed my rating as they have changed their policy back. Thank you Peer Group. In 2001, I had my first abdominal surgery for ovarian cysts performed by an OB/GYN. In 2002 and 2003, I again needed the same surgeries for cystic ovaries. I was encouraged to have children due to ovarian issues. In 2005 , I gave birth and had to have an emergency c-section. 5 months later , I had an appendectomy go wrong and the doctor not only hit the artery but didn't complete the procedure . (Unbeknownst to me). After months of illness, I found another surgeon in the Morristown area, he removed the piece of appendix left in me and after months of illness, necrotizing fasciitis, 2 debridements

The one star review referring to Dr. Lange is completely absurd. He has the best bed side manner of any surgeon I have been treated by. He is very kind and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during all six of my fraxel laser surgeries. I had scarring on my face from a trauma I suffered. He was extremely sensitive to my situation and genuinely cared about my well being. My results have been amazing. I am able to feel more confident when I look in the mirror and none of it would have been possible without him.

Dr. Colin Failey is excellent from the Peer Group. I had an accident and shattered my knee cap. Ended up having to have a pedicle flap to cover knee due to a large open wound. Fantastic job, compassionate doctor, very nice doctor who truly cares and takes an interest in his patients. Highly recommended him.

It has been seven months since my double mastectomy and Diep Flap procedure with Doctors. Colon and Failey from the Peer Group as my plastic surgeons. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this practice and with these two dedicated doctors. I can't recommend enough to stay away from the Peer group. I should correct that, the Peer group seems fine, it is Dr. Lange you need to stay away from. After having one of the worst personalities I have ever experienced in a doctor, he then screwed up the order for my wife's implants and after having sedated her scrubbed the surgery when his distributor could not get him the right size fast enough. When he told me it was our fault that he ordered the wrong size, I called him on his screw up and he said he did not want to do the surgery at all. So after waiting for my wife to come around
