Great customer service. Took the time to answer my Stihl trimmer questions and load the cutting cord even though my parts were only $15

Everytime I go to rent a Uhaul the one guy who deals with Uhaul is never there. They say he will be back in a half hour and it's always a hour and a half.

Dropped my rider off because it wouldn’t move. Got a call within a few days that the transmission had a leak so it was low on fluid. Unfortunately all parts are obsolete, (not Schultz’s fault) so all they could do was top off the fluid. They showed me how to check it and top it off and only charged me for parts and labor to diagnose. Had the mower back within a week and the final bill was less than the estimate.
Very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn’t buy a pair of scissors from these jokers. They don’t have a clue. The “service manager “ is a rude and lazy. First impression is him? I hope the owner is aware of the reputation this business has. Laughable at best. Clowns

These guys were terrific to me!! The control cable broke on my Toro during the last snow storm, I was in a panic with another storm on the way. I took my blower down to Schultz's on Friday afternoon, they had it ready for me Saturday morning. Thats what I call great service and accomodating a girl in panic mode! " BRING ON THE NEXT STORM" IM READY!! Thanks to Schultz Power Equipment!!

I dropped my push mower off, they told me it was a 4 week wait to get it diagnosed, I asked them to put a new blade on it as well. 6 weeks later I stopped in to check up on their progress. They gave me a quote of $225 to fix what was wrong with it. So being that their price of fixing it was just about the same to replace it, I told them I'd just take it home with me. They informed me there's a $40 charge for the diagnosis, after paying the $40 I asked for the diagnosis and he told me he deleted it when I told them I didn't want them to do the repairs. When I got home my lawn mower worked just fine

Furious right now!!!! Called in February because we saw an ad that said $99.00 Winter Tune-up rate. Apparently they were sooo busy they couldn't pick up my tractor until March. Then when they picked it up, we confirmed that we would still get the February $99.00 rate even though it was March!!
The guy that picked it up told my 80 year old Mother that we would still get the February Deal. And then they told us it would be another three weeks before they got it back to us! The tractor was supposed to be back on the 15th of April (already closer to a Month) but no one calls. On April 16th (FIRST
