I remodeled 4 of his jobs and Arthur paid me for two. Owners loved the electrical work performed but Arthur decides to keep the money for him self and rip off his sub contractors. When asking for a progress payment, Arthur asks me to wait a few more months until next drawl. After that, I had to wait for a final payment. Now he avoids my calls and emails and keeps not only my profits but the money to rewire the whole jobs as well. Thank you for taking $12,000 out of my one year olds mouth. Stay away from this scam artist. I thought we were friends. Now he starts a dredging business with my money
