Patient outreach involves 3 calls within the first week of setup and 4 additional times within the first month to provide optimal motivation and ensure patients adhere properly to their therapy.

Sleep Source got me in for a same day fitting and let me take home my new machine that day! Michelle was amazing! She sat down with me for a full hour, let me choose my mask and went over every part of cleaning and using my new machine. I feel so prepared and excited to start sleeping well. I would highly recommend the sleep source location in Roseville!

Lisa was very friendly and professional for my in home CPAP equipment delivery and set up. Never having used this equipment before, I had plenty of questions and reservations. She was patient, reassuring and made herself available should the need arise. I would definitely recommend this service for your DME needs.

The staff at Sleep Source are kind and efficient! Lisa was the tech that set me up and I appreciated her patience, professionalism, and sense of humor as she explained everything at length and answered all of my questions. I feel so much more comfortable starting CPAP therapy knowing that I can call her if I have any questions or concerns about the equipment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The Sleep Source staff has exceeded my expectations in every way. Both on the phone and in person, they've been incredibly patient and helpful, explaining all the details to my overwhelmed brain, and answering all my questions. Kristin, John, and Lisa went WAY above and beyond and worked together to help me overcome some insurance chaos with the best possible outcome. And then Lisa came to the house to help get me set up and she is just an amazing and pleasant person. She explained the machine so thoroughly and left me feeling comfortable and confident in my new CPAP adventure

We had a fantastic experience with Sleep Source for a CPAP machine. They called and gave us an appointment less than 12 hours later. Judy was so great, she came to my house almost an hour away for a 530 appointment to accommodate my work schedule. Exceptional customer service. Very informative, thorough and answered all questions.
