INCREDIBLE! This company really cares. My son's teacher has cancer and despite QRST being limited to 5+ items they took on embroidering a single tote, communicated effortlessly, accelerated the timing so she got it quickly and then get this.. DIDN'T CHARGE US ANYTHING. They wanted to be a part of this special gift. We are so grateful to them. This is a company that have a big heart and is worth supporting.

Peter and the QRST's team was amazing to work with. I had an inking of idea for a shirt and Peter was super helpful on the phone and email to give me thoughts on shirt color given my design and giving tentative quotes. Also, Peter suggested I screen print the front and digitally print the sleeve to minimize costs, an option I didn't know could happen! I I was able to pick up a subset of the shirts and QRST's shipped out the rest. I was so appreciative of the great customer service from start to end. When I emailed an update to those getting shirts, I had to shout out QRST's

Our architectural office have ordered many different t-shirts, sweatshirts, and bags from QRST's and have always been very satisfied with our orders. Had some fairly detailed graphic to be printed on blank tees and the color, detail, sharpness and quality was fantastic. I am so appreciative of QRST for their high-quality work and amazing customer service! I got a set of Patagonias embroidered here and was having trouble deciding what color thread to use. Peter and his team worked with me throughout the decision and even made sample embroidered logos for me to put over the Patagonias so that I could really envision what the finished product would look like. I'm so thankful for QRST! I called them with a random request to print something on a single shirt I would bring in and they assured me I'd be able to do it! I used their online design website and it was super easy. And it was done 3 days earlier than expected! It looks great and now I have the perfect gift for my dad for Christmas! They're wonderful and the price was super affordable. I can't recommend them enough! And on top of that, they sit on top of Taza chocolate factory so you get all the good smells as you walk in

Just picked up a rush order for my wife's Lego Robotics team (which is in its first competition tomorrow). A real rush job - she got the graphics to them this morning, we had the shirts at noon - two hours earlier than promised. Perfect! (Normally, we wouldn't look for this kind of turnaround. They went the extra mile, and very friendly about it.)
My wife has been doing business with them for years, always happy with their work. This was my first time meeting the folks. Definitely recommend.

I consistently order from QRSTs for tshirts needed for an organization I am a member of at university. They consistently look beautiful, last long, and are finished in a timely manner. After years of ordering from Custom Ink, I was very impressed with the prompt ordering process, very reasonable prices, and quick turnaround.
I do wish their emails/invoice had a sort of picture of your apparel with the design on it - which might beat some of the miscommunications in the other reviews. That being said, as long as you're reading your invoice over carefully then you should be all set.
