DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I have found better deals on my own and when I submit them, they come back with a quote for literally pennies, just so they don't have to pay. I will say their customer service is great and usually very prompt. I have called several times to get quotes and they are always very pleasant and responsive. I have yet to actually see where it saves me anything. They don't offer a refund so I basically lost our membership fee. Do your research. I don't think it's fair to scam people. My children could have benefited from the thousands I am investing in something that doesn't

I love working with the agents I just wish the hours weren't Eastern Time, it's hard to get the timing right when you are Mountain Time, but every time we call for help with planning our trips they are very kind and help us with all of our questions and concerns. What a waste of time. I wish they would have been a bit more upfront with all of the conditions of the complimentary cruise in exchange for sitting there trying to sell us an $8,000 membership investment. You can only travel September to December and not during the holidays. Well we can’t go since we can only go when the kids aren’t in school. This is definitely not what the guy told us in order to get us to sign up

The agents are quick to respond and very helpful in booking vacations. I just completed planning a cruise for 24 people. I am a breast cancer survivor. I received an all expenses paid trip to Mexico from a non-profit organization that sends breast cancer survivors on incredible vacations.
Abby and Debbie are incredibly amazing! They took care of every detail for my trip including vacation insurance. I can not thank Abby and Debbie enough for their kindness and exceptional service.
