You know my momma always said if you can’t say nothing good then don’t say nothing at all. So I normally don’t write a review because most folks know your in a bind and will pay to get out of it. Not these guys. Well my air stopped working today, Sunday of all days. Well I guess if something is going to go wrong it’s going to wrong when everyone is closed. I googled AC repair for my area and got about a dozen hits. Now let the calling begin. Allen Service Company was the second one I called out of 5. I left a message for all of them. Got a call back but couldn’t get

On 7/3 (holiday for most) I called about a Daiken unit that other companies had said they don't service. Receptionist said it would be 3:00 before someone could get here. At exactly 3:00 Mr Allen showed up and had the unit running by 3:30. Very nice guy, even when getting stung by wasps in the outdoor unit, and simply charged me hourly rate plus materials.
