I needed my jeans hemmed and that's not a difficult thing to do, so this rating comes down to customer service. The studio got mixed up internally regarding when the jeans would be ready. They told me Tue night and marked my paperwork that way, but when I arrived Wed at noon, they weren't ready. I was on my way for a long drive out of town and waiting the extra 25 minutes got me very angry. It also gave me time to ponder how angry I would've been had I showed up Tue night and they were not ready. So, I told Suhail I was upset and would not feel good about paying full price. I ordered a completely custom bespoke suit a month before a wedding I'm attending. He told me it would typically take 6-8 weeks to make a suit and that I was cutting it close but that no matter what he would make it happen. After going to every suit place in Tucson and having no luck finding the color I wanted, we ended up at Apex tailoring.
