Jim Hinrichs has been in the cleaning business for fifty-two years. Twenty two years in the janitorial and carpet cleaning business and twenty eight in the Pressure washing business. Jim runs the office and loves to discuss questions about different cleaning options that we have to offer. Steve Hinrichs has been with the company for twenty-three years and has cleaned just about anything you could imagine.

My husband and I live in Washington state but own a home in Columbia that we rent. Unexpectedly a tenant left our home and after inspection, there were many repairs that needed to be done. We had hardwood floor damage, damaged carpet that needed to be replaced, the carpets needed to be cleaned and protected, repairs to the drywall and painting, and some minor adjustments to plumbing.

We used them based off reviews. They sent a young inexperienced kid to do the pressure washing that hit all of our windows and broke the seals immediately on all 14 windows. The owner gave us a hard time when we called them and advised what happened. He doubted that the pressure washer did it. We had no reason to lie about it the windows were fine before hand. Then when he was suppose to replace them he ordered the wrong size , then came back and only tried to replace half of them. We should have taken them to court but instead my husband replaced them all under the warranty the windows had. Terrible
