Once you write an offer on a new home, your offer will be "contingent" on the sale of your home. The primary differences between a Residential FloridaBar-5 contract and a FloridaBar-ASIS-3 contract revolve around three items. Paragraph 9 (ai, aii, aiii) of the contract deals with General Repair Items, WDO or Wood Destroying Organisms and Costs Associated with Open or Expired Permits. Wood destroying organisms include wood rot, termites, and other pests which can damage a home.

Dan is professional, personal, well prepared, informative, hardworking, available and really delivers a complete experience that is centered through his clients’ eyes. Howard and Sophie with Echo Fine Properties were wonderful to work with. We owned our home for 20 years but didn't feel like updating before moving.
