Poor quality work. Huge disappointment. Dishonest. I had a complete overhaul done. Dan said they would use genuine Cummins parts on my N-14. 3 years and barely 300 thousand miles later it needs a new cam. A very experienced Cummins mechanic tells me that cam, heads, and most everything including gaskets are aftermarket. Will not EVER use this shop again. A hard lesson that cost $35,000.00. Beware of this RIP OFF place

Was quoted 5000.00 for repair, possibly a couple hundred more. When I picked up truck the bill was over 7600.00. After leaving had to immediately return due to huge turbo leak, also side skirt wasn’t installed properly. Tried to come to a agreed compromise on the bill but was unsuccessful. Due to truck not being done on time I lost a great paying load. I will say the staff was very friendly and they got my truck back in when I had to return to the shop.

I went there for an oil change. I asked them their rates they said anywhere from $350-500. I told them if it's anywhere near $500, I don't want to have their shop do it. She checked on it and said it won't be anywhere near that. So 2.5 hours later I get a $600.00 oil change and to top that off I had to go back because it was 1 gallon low of oil and a check engine light on. Absolutely disappointed with them. I tried to discuss it with them and I was told that the way it is.

We travelled 4 hours from our home to Alexandria, MN. After setting up our RV we discovered that one of our windows was loose and about to fall out of its frame. We contacted our RV dealer in New Ulm and were told we would have to find someone to fix it and they offered no assistance to search for someone nor have they followed up to see if our unit got fixed (our unit is a 2019, we won't be buying from them again). Not knowing anyone in the area we contacted roadside assistance who put us in contact with Dan's Diesel in Alexandria. Not only were they quick to fix the issue at our campsite but

I dont know where the 1 stars come from. I feel Dan and his crew are top notch. They are a fully rounded crew of mechanics and drivevers that take customer service to a high. Very satisfied with all they've done for me. i run a repair shop my self. And I have referred multiple customers in the area for service e. Never had anything but professional services done for me. YALL ROCK!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I was traveling and broke down near there. I called dan and he said they could handle the job. Ford could not get me in for 2 days so i had it towed there. He had the truck 4 days charged me 3680.00 for a 8 hr job i drove another 325 miles before the same thing happened i had it towed to ford the fixed it in 4 hrs same day and wrote me a review that he charged me for parts that were not replaced. He is a thief and im getting an attorney . I would not recomend him
