We are here to provide the highest quality care available to Bulloch and surrounding counties. Our clinicians are recognized by NCQA for their Diabetes Recognition Program. NCQA's Diabetes Recognition Program recognizes clinicians who have met standards demonstrating delivery of high-quality care to patients with diabetes.
Dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, or DEXA, uses a very small dose of ionizing radiation to produce pictures of the inside of the body (usually the lower spine and hips) to measure bone loss. It is commonly used to accurately diagnose osteoporosis and to assess an individual's risk for developing fractures.
The physicians and nurse practitioners at Family Health Care Center provide are ready to provide care to your newborn after their discharge from the hospital. Call our office to schedule your newborn's initial appointment to stay on track with recommended preventive care and establish a home for all their healthcare needs.
At Family Health Care Center we work with your company to achieve prompt and professional service. Our board certified physicians and nurse practitioners are well accustomed to treating occupational injuries. We partner with many employers in the surrounding area to provide expedient care to their employees.
We treat women of all ages for PMS, menopause, menstrual cramps, urinary tract and vaginal infections. We perform female annuals, including pap smears. As well as providing for all forms of birth control such as; the Depo-Provera shot, IUD, and Nexplanon. Our in house lab performs hormone testing, pregnancy testing, and urinalysis.

What I like most is that everyone listens to you and treats you with courtesy, very nice people, very professional, highly recommended facility. Front office staff needs training in customer service and how to talk to people! I’ve been a customer for 30 years and may have to go elsewhere bc I can’t get an appointment when I need it many times!
When did they start having to call for same day appointments instead of calling a day ahead and asking for an appointment the next day because your provider was booked up.

Love Dr. Davis! She is super thorough and really helps you get to the bottom of any issues you may be having with your health. She is also very personable which I appreciate. The nurses are wonderful as well as the front office staff. If you ever have to get lab work done, the lady that does that is amazing also. My husband sees Dr. Riley as his primary and he loves him. I have recommended this office to many friends and coworkers that are having trouble with their doctor's office. We have been patients here for at least 10 years.
