Established in 1969 by James Langill, Sr., Langill's has built a solid reputation in the industry for providing high quality custom machining at a competitive cost. As one of the first job shops in the Sacramento area to have CNC machines, Langill's Machine has always been an innovator in the field, and today James Langill's Grandson, Benjamin Langill, has continued this tradition.
Langill's offers rapid precision machined prototypes in a vast array of metals and plastics. Our customers rely on our many years of experience in a variety of industries. This expertise allows us to guide them in the most efficient and cost effective way to bring their designs to reality. Prototype Machine Shop Services: Machining of prototypes, tooling, new products, test parts and custom prototype parts.
LGM has years of experience in all aspects of production CNC machining. We routinely work with a large array of metals from brass, aluminum, and titanium, to stainless and hard tool steels. We specialize in Multiaxis CNC milling and Turning, including complex 3D surface machining. Very small parts, parts involving multiple setups or complex operations, difficult to fixture parts, or hard-to-machine materials are not a problem at Langill's.
We have manual lathes, mills and all other necessary machines to repair your part. Sometimes we can even re-manufacture your part at a lesser price than repairing it would cost. We have over 40 years of experience in all facets of machining and metal fabrication. We work on industrial equipment, farm equipment and almost anything else that needs repairs or welding.

I needed a 120mm hole cut out on a computer case. I e-mailed a few fabrication shops but was turned down. Aaron asked me to come in to the shop so he could thoroughly understand my needs. It was completed the next couple of days for an explainable and reasonable price. The cut was clean with no rough edges.

So I thought I'd leave a feedback of my experience today. First time at this business, and right away I was helped by the foreman they took my boat gear shaft and fixed the problem within 20 minutes . The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then there was the """""VICE PRESIDENT"""". ..the one and only Ben. he was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful ,honest. and treated me like tweety birds grandma treats tweetie haha...hands down 1 of the top 5 business in Sacramento for customer service...cuddos to them. They deserve a 10 star review """ I'll be back """ just not too soon.
