What started as an obsession for owner, Pauline Tchorbadjian, grew into a creative art form that she is now able to share with the world. Pauline received her esthetician license from Aveda Institute Rhode Island and ventured out to create Xclusive Lashes & Beauty Bar soon after. In addition to her certification in eyelash extensions, Pauline is certified in classic and volume lashes from the elite Canadian Academy, Sugarlash.
Xclusive Lashes & Beauty Bar uses only high quality synthetic silk eyelash extensions and medical grade adhesive. We offer new clients a free, no commitment consultation to answer all questions and to provide proper education on our art form. Together, our eyelash technicians will choose the best length and style appropriate for you that will offer a low-maintenance beauty routine, a renowned feeling of confidence and a gorgeous set of eyelashes.

Want to make your own hours and become your own boss? Receive the proper training and certification from our talented and licensed lash artists! Proper lash station set up (lashing atmosphere and contraindications, gel pad application, taping techniques and lash set up). Techniques (shaping and styling basics, isolation, pick up and placement and removal of lashes).

I drive from CT to see Jessica every two weeks for my volume fill and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They come out amazing every time and she has always been friendly and comfortable to be around from the beginning. She always makes sure you are happy with your lashes and is happy to accommodate different styles you want to try while also giving her professional opinion. I’ve had such bad experiences getting my lashes done, and swore i’d never get extensions again. One day, I found Sashira and and decided to give it one more try. I’ve been getting consistent two week fills with her for months now. She never disappoints when it comes to service, and is possibly the sweetest human being I have ever met. I got a full set and one fill here. I was really disappointed in the service and end result. The consultation was not great and the lash tech seemed a little surprised I knew what I wanted as far as a curl went. She seemed like she did not want to do what I was asking for (d curl vs c curl) also the eye shape I was given was honestly unflattering and when I asked to change it at my fill it was not done. I had spaces when I left my appointment that were not even touched. I’ve had volume lash extensions for years and never had retention issues like I’m having now. I am using all oil free products

I've been getting eyelash extentions done by Sorally for about 4 months. I've been to other facilities prior. This establishment is very clean and welcoming. The appointment set up is easy and convenient. Sorally is amazing!! She provides an extremely relaxing environment for her clients. She is very good about explaining what she is doing, especially if you are new. She provides a ton of information on how to care for your lashes so they last a long time and she will answer any questionsyou have. When I get my lashes done by her they always last a very long time and they always come out great

Sashira is amazing!!!! I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for 5+ years and these are the best lashes I have ever had. I got a classic set they are full and long! They look natural and glamorous all at the same time. I’m obsessed. I’m so glad I found her she is friendly, clean, and professional. She provides such a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been going to Xclusive for a little over 6 months now and I don’t think I will EVER go anywhere else for lashes. The lash bar itself is extremely clean and not to mention gorgeous inside!! I get my lashes done here every two weeks with Sorally. I would never go anywhere else she does such an amazing job! She’s accommodating of my changing schedule and I always look forward to talking to her during my appointment, it makes the time go by so much quicker. The best part is looking in the mirror afterward and seeing your gorgeous lashes: Sorally is definitely an artist because every time I leave Xclusive Lashes I get compliments on how beautiful and luscious my lashes look.
