I always get a little nervous meeting agents or any sort of liaison between an owner as a potential renter. (I've had less than stellar experiences in the past from different agents)
I have pink hair, piercings, and I although I look a little alternative and unapproachable, I'm quite the opposite with a very successful business and a lot to offer as well as a long time good standing tenant to any land lord I've been with!
I dread looking for a new home mainly because of the uncomfortableness of breaking through my real personality and anyone giving me

I really recommend Janet because she took the time to explain to me the process in details since I was a first time home buyer. The purchase and process went very smooth. Another thing that makes her different and unique from other real state agents is that she patiently waited for me to make decisions, she didn't rush me as other sellers do. I'd like to give these people one star. We were first thrilled at the fact that when we called Janet about being interested in the Cedar property she answered all our questions and told us there are no prospective applicants for the property. Monica showed us the place. She just let us look around on our own. So we applied and hadn't gotten a response. We called to see the status on our application after 3 business days and they told us the property is no longer available. It's extremely unprofessional to NOT notify us about the place being unavailable. If you feel like chasing agents

After looking at 60 houses in 2 weeks with no luck, something drove me to the Harmon Homes offices after work and it was smooth sailing from there.
Janet helped me from start to finish. She advised me to get a new lender. Someone not over 100 miles away ( my fault ) and he first house she took me to, I bought! I paid 30k under the asking price and she was there through it all. From the inspector to the special recording to get me in my home
