I was asked by my contractor to stop in and choose a color for a small countertop. Had to call and leave two voicemails over two days to get a call back. When the very rude lady returned my call, and I told her what I needed, she said that I had to bring in the detailed plan for the counter top first. I chuckled, and she said, "oh, you think that is funny?" I told her yes, that I merely needed to choose a color and the contractor would provide those design details. She then told me I would be hard to work with and needed to go somewhere else, and hung up on me. I was flabbergasted

I wish I could say we were happy with this company. They weren't able to stick with the timeline they gave us for the install. It was supposed to be 2 weeks, then it changed to 3. Then, they called and canceled the install 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at the house, after we had waited around for them to show up. We tried to get in contact with one of the owners. Neither would talk with us, and instead had their secretary do all the talking. They were unwilling to offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience.
