Founded in 2011, Discover Happy Pilates Studio was established by owner Amanda Rhine. Discover Happy Pilates Studio creates a welcoming & safe space to embrace your body and move through your Pilates practice with hands on, smart cueing, and really passionate instruction. We don't want you to just move, we want you to Love How you move.
Mat exercises focus on the fundamental Pilates movements and principles: breath, centering, control, concentration, precision, and flow. Developed by Joseph Pilates, the Universal Reformer is the main piece of equipment used in the Pilates Method. Private sessions will help you become comfortable with the spring resistance incorporated into this apparatus; through its repertoire, you lengthen your muscles while you tone.
We accept cash, good checks and Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Payment plans are accepted and arranged with the Studio Owner (a valid credit card must be kept on file!). All of our packages and class cards have a 3/6-month expiration. We like to see our students regularly! Sorry, no refunds.
In Pilates, you may find your body in precarious positions, so we recommend for your modesty and ours that you wear fitted, secure, comfortable, non-see-through workout attire.Men please wear supportive gear. Since your body often find itself on our floor, we ask you to remove your outside shoes before entering the workout area.
