Services
As a Quincy native, J.D. began a banking career in 1983 as an ATM technician and teller, transitioned into collections, and was hired in 1988 by Mercantile Bank as a consumer lender. Eventually, he moved into mortgage lending, and alongside a dedicated and loyal staff, built a mortgage department based on superior customer service.

I was having problems with State Farm a few years back and a family member recommended Burghart. I ended up switching over and I was so glad I did! JD and Paula are awesome! They definitely take out all the stress and get you the best deal. I ended up moving out to Colorado so unfortunately I had to switch insurance 😞 if I ever move back I would go with this company again!

The staff at Burghart Insurance helped me feel comfortable with the insurance world. As a first time buyer, I felt at ease working with Ben.
