Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They know their product well and stand behind it. The humidity level inside of my house decreased immediately after application from 82% to 55%. Custom Rubber Surfaces has gained my confidence in their product. I wish we would have done this sooner. I highly recommend giving them a call if you suspect that you have moisture coming up through the slab of your house.
