Almost anything you need done to your home, Dave knows how to do it. Also, I have a blind and deaf dachshund who likes to jump. To avoid back injuries, Dave offered to build a sturdy ramp for him. The workmanship is so much better than anything I could have bought online. Also, he helped me get my apartment ready before I moved into my new place. Thank you, Dave!

Needed their service in a crunch due to my dishwater leaking. Dave had to rip out my whole kitchen floor. Not happy but it came out Better than I ever could’ve imagined. He repaired all the damage and installed a beautiful floor. I’ll call this a happy accident. Thanks Dave!!!!

David and his partner Mike came to us as a recommendation to remove carpeting in our home (dining room, living room, hallway, closets and stairs) and refinish (sand, repair and poly) the existing hardwood floor underneath. Additionally, and the reason we went with Ultimate Home Repair over other companies specializing in hardwood floors, they were to remove/replace base moldings throughout all rooms upstairs. At a later date, they came back to refinish the hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms and paint upstairs (entry, living room, dining room, hallway) and remove/replace all door moldings. While I am

David was very professional and very quick With his work. Our new floors are absolutely gorgeous. The workmanship was Excellent ! I wish I found him 5 years ago when I had work done in my other house, David’s workmanship was 10 times better than the other contractors we have used. We couldn’t have asked or gotten a better job and would definitely recommend him and we will be calling him back for future jobs.
