Services
We deliver Monday through Friday. Our drivers will call you the morning of your delivery to confirm you will be home to accept the order. If something comes up and you miss the driver, our driver will leave a notice on your door that he attempted delivery. Please call 937-898-5536 to reschedule the delivery.

I would rate them less than one star if possible. Horrible place. I used them for a time and without warning the no longer took my insurance. I had to scramble to find a replacement. But the worst part is they put me on their spam robocall list telling me to call for cpap resupplies even though they do not take my insurance any longer. they call four of five time a week for over a year now. I have tired to get them to stop. They do not respond. I filed complaints. They still won't stop. Stay away from this micky mouse company. HORRIBLE

Set up delivery of a hospital bed for a monthly rent. The business customer service called the day of delivery and the day prior to needing the bed informing us that the delivering cannot be made in time. Not even by early next week.
The company left us stuck in a bad position without the bed that is needed. Scrambling to secure a bed now. The Customer Service rep was helpful in locating various other companies including phone numbers.

Hock's Medical Supply's customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I walked in with my prescription, no greeting although they saw me walk in, had to walk back to cubicle and just ask questions. The gentleman seemed irritated and didn't even look at my script and told me to go around the corner to the pharmacy. I drove to pharmacy which the pharmacist asked did they even look at the script because it clearly said knee brace. She said that they are so rude. I went back and had to wait for the employee to finish emptying all the trash before she rudely said what do you need. I will NEVER patronize

I have bought medical things from here for quite a few years. In the past the service was kind of on the hateful side. Seemed like they were not interested in helping you if you were not purchasing a high dollar item. Today I had a sales person I believe her name was Melinda W she was the first kind clerk I have had help me in there with kindness and a professional attitude. She was not pushy and tried hard to get me what I wanted. I was surprise since in the past the service was so negative and unkind. I hope they have changed their service to a "nice helpful kind" of service. Melinda

Unfriendly staff. I have shopped there and the staff is hard to get someone to wait on you and all are so unfriendly. Seems they feel bothered if you just buy something like compression hose. They are looking for the big ticket sales. I tried several times but they talk to you like you are stupid and you are really bothering them. Not a place I would recommend. Their prices are extremely high compared to similar places. Run this place is not good at all. see other negative reviews seem others have had the same issues I have had and worse.

In March, I went to Hock's medical supply with a prescription for a Hoyer Pad for my mother from the dialysis center. The purpose of this was to lift her in to the dialysis chair and weigh her easily as she is wheelchair mobile only. The man at Hock's told me that the Hoyer Pad was not covered under her insurance, so I paid $171.60 for the lift pad. When I got home my mother told me it ought to be covered, so I called her insurance company and was told that as durable medical equipment it was covered at 80%. The insurance company also informed me that Hock's had not even bothered to run a test

I called my insurance company to confirm coverage of breast pump. I confirmed with the insurance on more than one occasion that a breast pump is covered 100% up to 4 weeks prior to delivery of my baby. Hocks "customer service" said there was nothing they could do until the baby is born and was very unhelpful in calling my insurance plan to confirm the information I was given about coverage up to 4 weeks before delivery. He repeated multiple times "We do this all the time and that's not how it works." I contacted another DME provider who was able to confirm my coverage 4 weeks before delivery and

I took a prescription for a piece of durable medical equipment to Hocks. After showing them my insurance card and prescription for the item, the salesman said that it was not covered by my insurance. It did not sit well with me that the Hocks employee did not check with my provider, so I called Anthem today. My scrip was covered 100%
So I guess if Hocks do not wish to check on something as important as that, i will take my business elsewhere!

I read a lot of very negative reviews of this company, unfortunately after i already ordered. My order was small--three band aid packs, under twelve bucks, but I was getting ready to have the company steal my eleven bucks and change... three days later, the package arrived, perfect and fine. I saved almost 35% vs. retail drug store. I can't speak for any one else, and I did not order prescription drugs, but it seems to me, this company is a great bargain, professional and no worries.

Hocks recently opened an expanded version of their medical supply store. This new store is also the site of their online warehouse. I have no business or need to go there, except for one reason; my sister can only find a particular sensitive skin cleanser that she insists on for her children through them and because she does not want to pay shipping charges. So being the kind person that I am, once a year, I go to Hocks to pick up a years supply of this cleanser for her. She makes all the arrangements, I just do as I am told.
