Our spread axle fleet operates in the Midwest region and consistently makes it home for the weekends! Some dedicated runs do allow drivers that live within that lane to be home more often. It is our entry level platform that offers the right start to anyone wanting to learn how to haul steel with an opportunity to grow.

My late husband started working for the company back in April 2000 and he stopped in May 2014 when we discovered he had cancer. Jim Burg and the whole company did whatever they could for us. Had my husband worked for another trucking company as soon as he could no longer work that would have been it they would have lost our telephone number but not Jim and Steve. I actually knew Jim and Steve for longer than my husband and when he was looking for a new job I called Steve to see if they were hiring because that was how much I LOVED their company. If i could give no star I absolutely would. I called this company to provide a service for me and the receptionist had no clue of what I was talking about. She told me they don't accept solicitation calls, which I was not calling to solicit but looking for a flatbed carrier to handle my shipments in Warren MI. Had I talked to someone in operations they would have known exactly what i needed and possibly could have helped.

Have worked with this company for 3 years first of all the name on the truck is TEAM JBTC because we all work as a team. The owner Jim goes out of his way to make sure the drivers are taken care of and happy, the benefits are without a doubt the best in the industry and they are paid for. When you speak with him you will see his determination and it will convince you to work harder, the earning potential is strictly on you, I have found my job I will retire at and know that it can and will happen.
