This company was referred by our neighbor who had used them in the past. We called and scheduled the pumping of our septic tank. Within two days they came and we are satisfied with their services.
The worker found the tank with no issues or problems. Very friendly. Less than a half hour, he was finished. Price was reasonable.

They were on-time and had an opening the next day. Did a great job and very impressed and did all the work efficiently with no mess. They also installed a riser for the tank. Great folks and will definitely be calling them back!

I had my tank pumped by Mike. He did an excellent job. No complaints.
The truck he used was worn out! It smoked and leaked engine oil on my gravel driveway. It soaked the gravel. I called a Myra(sp) and asked her to send someone to remove the contaminated gravel and replace it. She refused. I had to use my tractor to remove and replace that gravel at my expense.
If you use Woods Septic Service do not let them use that worn out truck.
I will not use them or recommend them.

Our plumber recommended them and I could not have been happier. I spoke to the owner and explained my situation (I was helping a friend who had just suffered a tragic loss, and I needed to get this done right away so she did not have to worry). She was extremely helpful, and they were out within a few hours. They had to dig, due to tree roots growing around the septic tank, and immediately secured a subcontractor to dig (and identify any lines that may be in the way). Found this company by searching through yelp and decided to call them . The woman that answered was very nice and helpful. Told me the exact price without any questions. The price was very reasonable compared to other company's. She said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. By surprise it only took him 34 mins exactly . ( I timed it ) as soon as he pulled in my drive way he got straight to work (robert was his name). It took about 25 mins. The sooner the better in this case. I will definitely call them again .
