Pre-Inspection: Pre-inspecting the carpet is a key element to allow us to properly set up a plan to service your carpet and upholstery to the best of our ability. This is also a great opportunity for you to inform us of any concerns. We will do our best to inform you of soil conditions, potential permanent staining as well as any install issues.
Altitude Carpet Care uses the latest technology and chemistry to tackle a variety of odor issues. Pet odors tend to be the most common. The problem with pet odor is that it can be much deeper than it first appears. Pet urine can easily soak through the backing of the carpet into the padding underneath.
Altitude Carpet Care can clean and treats your carpets, upholstery, and fabrics with special hypo-allergenic, non-toxic cleaning agents that neutralize allergens for up to six months. The average person sheds about a gram and a half of skin each day. All these particles are very small and get deeply embedded in our carpets and fabrics.
Using a carpet protector can extend a carpets life. New carpet comes with a protector that is infused into the carpet fibers so homeowners don't need to apply a protector until the carpet fibers have been worn down. When someone spills something on an unprotected carpet the fibers absorb the dirt and mess, a carpet that is protected will provide a barrier for the spills and dirt to not be absorbed into the carpet fiber.

I have used a large carpet cleaning company for years but they were not able to schedule me in time. I chose to go with Chris based on the reviews I read. He was booked 2 weeks out but came out on a Labor Day to clean my carpets so that I could get my house on the market. He was fantastic. He is professional, thorough, personable, reasonably priced, and my carpets look great. I highly recommend him!! I will definitely use him again.

We just bought a new house and wanted to deep clean the carpets before we move in. There were a few stains that we were nervous about but Chris got them all up and the carpet looks so great and the house smells fresh! He’s been able to get out some tough stains even some that the prior “big name” cleaners, could not. Most important, they did Not reappear after time as we’d had in the past with others. He was out again today and everything looks great!

This is the first time I have used Chris and will in the future be the only carper cleaner I will use. He was very professional and friendly. He was very respectful of everything in my house. I had several carpet runners that he cleaned and everything came out looking like new. This man does outstanding work. Another important thing is Chris is punctual. Rarely do I recommend anyone but I have recommended Chris to two of my neighbors. He is truly the best carpet cleaner I have had and I've been having my carpets cleaned for 45 years.

Altitude Carpet Care is a trustworthy, efficient, and reliable. Booking with Chris took less than 2 minutes, he arrived early, and he did an amazing job. He was even able to remove a stain I thought there was no hope for. He explained his process to me, advised me on how to care for my carpet in between cleanings, and was just an all-around awesome person with work with. We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they did a decent job. Altitude Carpet Care was amazing. They took extra care to protect the walls and corners throughout the house, and the carpets (inexpensive and old) look brand new! He also cleaned a wool area rug and our upholstered kitchen chairs. They all look perfect. I can not speak highly enough. I don't review companies often, but I jumped online the minute he left to rave. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Chris is great! I lucked in on a cancellation - he showed up on time, was pleasant, professional, personable, and humorous. We requested the green soaps which had an odor that was not bad and very quickly dissipated. Chris was careful of walls and furniture, the carpets are clean, and his price is reasonable. He left us a bottle of his own Altitude-label spot-remover which I can't review because Chris left the carpets spotless; however, I think my newborn grandson will present his folks with plenty of opportunities to try it out!

This is grossly overdue to my embarrassment, Chris delivered as promised (Dec, 2015), did not "upgrade" his services and made my carpet look brand new. I have done the Living Social promos and became familiar the up charge BS that is common with such promos.
Chris gave me a estimate based on the description I gave him over the phone and after he accessed it in person, bumped up the the price TEN bucks!!! Okay, let me rephrase that, $10.00 - that is unheard of! Most BS contractors make it the "sky-is-the-limit" once they are at the location and previous "email deal"

After ten years in our house and two kids, we were overdue for a cleaning on our upstairs carpets. After looking around and getting some recommendations, we settled on Altitude and we're glad we did.

I gave Chris a call as I was moving out of my small, one-bedroom apartment. I had the appointment booked minutes later with a reasonable quote. The day before, Chris made a courtesy call to confirm, which was greatly appreciated.
