Dropped off two Amazon return packages 21 Feb. One has been received-clothing. The other more expensive electronic device has not. Both were for UPS. Looking at receipt now I notice it says they are not responsible for pre-paid shipping packages in any way. I’ll not be using them again for my Amazon returns. 🙁

Absolutely fantastic service!!! Went to the UPS Store two blocks away for a quote on a box and shipping, and was told it would be over $100!! The Mad Packer got me the box, packing materials, signature confirmation for only $28! MUCH more affordable and honest! I will send everyone I know here for shipping!
