I’ve had the same dentist since I was 5 yrs old -so knowing I had to find someone new was difficult. Turnwald Dentistry was the first dentist I called. After my first appointment - I knew I had found my new dentist. Amazing staff! Hygienists are super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is fabulous and Dr. Turnwald is awesome! I highly recommend Turnwald Dentistry!

Highly recommend this practice. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and after having had issues with crowns from other dentists, the one Dr. Black did for me last year is absolutely perfect with no problems whatsoever. The staff is thorough, accommodating, and offer helpful advice. The office is also very comfortable and has a home-like atmosphere.

New patient here- I just finished my first appointment. I am very impressed with this office. Making an appointment was easy- Kim was very friendly and informative on the phone. I completed the new patient forms and submitted them online. Their COVID protocol is a good one- I arrived early and called from my car to check in. (I had already submitted my symptom questionaire online.) They asked me to wait in my car since there was one person in the waiting area. They called me in right at my appointment time. We tried switching to a dentist closer to home to make scheduling my parents appointments easier, but we didn't realize how amazing Dr Turnwald and his staff were. The cleanings alone are so comprehensive, and Dr Turnwald and his staff are incredibly welcoming, from the minute you walk in. He and his staff seems to be way ahead of the crowd when it comes to being up on the latest practices. We ended up moving my parents over to Dr Turnwald, and we have not looked back.

I think the prices are comparable with the area, but honestly I wouldn't care if they were more expensive, I'd still keep coming here.

I brought my 4 year-old daughter here to get her teeth cleaned and could not be more pleased with my experience. Kim and Angie were very friendly and helpful when scheduling the appointment, filling out the paper work and checking in / out the day of her appointment. Sarah was her dental hygienist and she did an amazing job! Sarah kept my daughter engaged at every step of the cleaning and answered every question she or I had. Dr. Ben was also very friendly, professional and thorough. Everything went so well my daughter can't wait to go back again! Truly a 5-star experience!

The customer service was excellent. My filling was handled well, Dr. Stump was efficient and professional, and Jeannie, at the front desk, was exceptionally polite and proficient. I requested my itemized bill and Kim was prompt in response.

This review is long overdue. I'm from Austin, TX so Olde Schaumburg is not my usual dentist, but the night before flying up for meetings in Chicago I chipped my front tooth, called this office from the airport in the morning and they were able to get me in that day during lunch when I landed! Dr.Turnball was great, and took as much concern as I in making sure this front tooth filling was perfect. The office staff was very welcoming and even have me a full office tour and introductions even though I was only a one-time patient.
